Self-Sabotaging Avatars

The Imposter, The Workaholic, The Perfectionist, The People Pleaser, The Comparer, The Burn Out, The Fearer.

Which one do you relate too?

Maybe you relate to all of them.

I am here to tell you that while we are out living in our great big world, we often begin to believe we are the only ones feeling or identifying with these characters.

"There must be something wrong with me."

"No one could possibly feel the way I do."

Stop. It’s not true. Far from it.

Our world makes it hard. The pressure to appear “normal” (what is normal even?) is overwhelmingly challenging.

These self-sabotaging avatars show up in our work, our relationships, and everywhere in our daily lives, often leaving us frustrated and stuck.

They drain our energy and even if we have the greatest will power to change, the beliefs continue to present themselves repeatedly.

WHY?

The reason for this is that no matter how much someone wants to do something 'consciously' if the subconscious mind does not agree than it will not work.

This is why sometimes the harder you consciously try to do something, the harder it gets!

Our beliefs are hardwired and rooted deep into the subconscious mind.

Every belief we hold stems from a moment in our life.

These beliefs create our anxieties, our fears and cause us to repeat the same patterns over and over again. They keep us stuck, unfulfilled, playing small and often feeling like we are on the same merry-go-round we cannot get off of.

So HOW do I change a belief?

Your subconscious mind is your most powerful asset.

So what does the subconscious mind do Mel, you ask?

Our subconscious mind controls 95% of our lives…

It is the control center of every action and thought you have.

It has one job. To keep us alive.

It is hard wired to always return to what is familiar and to reject what is unfamiliar.

By age 7, 90% of our beliefs and habits are formed and stored in our subconscious mind.

It is a sponge of information and records absolutely everything.

Even when we are sleeping? Yes!

Every second, our mind is recording 2,000,000 pieces of information. On a good day we are only able to consciously process 126 pieces of that information coming at us every second.

Everything else is stored in our subconscious mind. That is a lot of information!

Specific modalities allow us to access our subconscious mind and get to the root of our limiting beliefs to create lasting changes.

Absolutely everything can be reprogrammed.

Limiting beliefs that create these behaviors can be changed.

I work with clients everyday who are smashing these self-sabotaging avatars and hard-wired beliefs. I see massive transformation and both professional and personal growth.

I am excited to help you understand the power of your mind and the ability you have to experience it for yourself.

Let's talk!
