Mel Towey always knew she wanted to build something. As a kid, she dreamed of becoming an architect. But instead of blueprints and floor plans, she ended up building leaders, companies, and cultures.

 

Her path wasn’t traditional—but it was intentional.

 

Mel spent over 15 years in the construction and building materials industry, working alongside entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses hungry for real growth. She led national sales teams, ran multimillion-dollar marketing operations, and oversaw showroom construction across the country. And through it all, she developed an obsession with leadership, accountability, and what it takes to scale without losing your soul.

 

But after years on the road, chasing someone else’s version of success, she hit a wall. Burned out. Misaligned. Unfulfilled. So she walked away from the job that looked perfect on paper—and bet on something bigger.

Today, Mel is a Certified EOS Implementer® and Business Coach, and the founder of Melanie Anne—a practice built to help entrepreneurs and leadership teams in construction and beyond create clarity, accountability, and real traction.

 

With certifications in both coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy, Mel brings depth, candor, and strategy to every room she enters. Her sweet spot? Working with visionaries and leadership teams who are tired of spinning, ready to lead differently, and craving a clear path forward.
