What is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching provides you with an objective perspective to help you see the various habits, behaviors and perceptions that might just be getting in the way of your success. It works to expose blind spots and challenge you to achieve greater levels of success, enabling you to achieve meaningful growth both personally and professionally.

Executive Coaching helps you as a professional increase your performance, develop leadership skills, and overcome obstacles in areas such as communication, time management, public speaking, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, confidence, and work-life integration.

In investing in the development of people and leadership, you can expect to gain a competitive advantage by improving the bottom line;  increasing culture and well-being; driving strategy execution; and increasing your success when navigating change.

The Process

Black Background

A customized approach

A twelve month engagement is typical for executive coaching as this allows enough time to build trust in the relationship, gather feedback, make changes and evaluate the results.

The reality is one-size-can’t-possibly-fit-all, so how I work with my clients is never cut and paste.  Using an established framework as the foundation, the needs and desires of the individual and the organization  dictate the final approach and process.

We take a deep dive together to better understand all of your needs and then a custom program is put in place based on the level of engagement needed, budget desired and specific objectives desired to be met.
